  • Payment<\/strong>: transactions are handled by our secure payment provider Stripe; we never store your full card details.<\/li>\n

      Your data may be shared with providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payment), Brevo (emails and newsletter), OVH (hosting), carriers (delivery), Google (Analytics, Ads), and Meta (Facebook\/Instagram). We never sell your personal data.<\/p>\n

      6. Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n

      Some providers (Google, Meta, Stripe) may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or certification under the Data Privacy Framework).<\/p>\n

      • Customer account: for as long as the account is active, then deleted after a period of inactivity.<\/li>\n
      • Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations).<\/li>\n
      • Marketing and newsletter: until you withdraw your consent, and for no more than 3 years after the last contact.<\/li>\n
      • Cookies: 13 months maximum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        8. Cookies and trackers<\/h2>\n

        Our site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, as well as audience-measurement and advertising cookies that require your consent. You can adjust your preferences at any time through the cookie management panel on the site.<\/p>\n
