3D Bakers, a story of passion
3D Bakers is a workshop where the art of pastry-making meets the precision of 3D printing. We are Enzo and Manon, the passionate co-founders of this venture that brings together pastry and technology. Specializing in custom-made molds and accessories, we offer high-end solutions for professionals in the hospitality and pastry industries. Every piece we create is the result of a perfect harmony between our passion for fine cuisine and our mastery of a remarkable technological innovation: 3D printing.

Enzo, innovation as a signature in the world of pastry
My name is Enzo, and my passion for pastry began at the age of 15. After seven years of rigorous training, I had the honor of winning the title at the French Dessert Championship — a meaningful recognition of my dedication to the art of pastry. My journey took me to the kitchens of palaces such as the Plaza Athénée and the Shangri-La, where I gave free rein to my creativity. In 2017, I began exploring 3D printing, an innovation that transformed the way I designed pastries in that palace on Avenue Montaigne. My interest in 3D printing has deeply shaped my approach to pastry: it has allowed me to greatly expand the creative and technical possibilities of my creations, while giving new momentum to my career through unique, personalized designs.
Manon, inspired by remarkable encounters with great names in pastry
As for me, I entered the world of pastry at the age of 24, following a career change that introduced me to all the wonderful facets of the profession — from boutique pastry to Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels. Meeting Enzo during my first year of training marked the beginning of our shared adventure, taking us from Besançon to Paris, and then to Geneva, where we now work in luxury pastry at the Woodward and the Beau-Rivage.
A passionate duo, committed to enriching the art of pastry with 3D printing
After these experiences in renowned palaces, we launched 3D Bakers in late 2022. 3D Bakers embodies a unique alchemy, combining our passion for gastronomy and aesthetics with our expertise in 3D printing.
We offer customized solutions — molds, cookie cutters, piping tips, stencils, and stamps — that blend beauty and functionality to precisely meet the demands of chefs and culinary creators.
3D Bakers can enrich your culinary art with innovative creations and custom-made solutions.
3D printing for the kitchen, an artistic approach to gastronomy
Creating kitchen and pastry tools with 3D printing felt like an obvious choice to offer greater flexibility and personalization in the culinary arts. Pastry chefs and chefs, always seeking new shapes and textures to set themselves apart, find in 3D printing an invaluable ally.
For example, cookie cutters open the door to cuts that would be impossible with standard tools. Molds and thermoformed molds, designed specifically for each creation, guarantee unrivaled precision and flawless release. Stencils turn presentations into true works of art, and stamps make it possible to personalize each piece with a chef’s own signature or design. Silicone mats let you create tuiles with unique and/or custom designs, and finally, custom piping tips let you craft original piped decorations.
These 3D printing innovations not only let you push your creative limits but also improve efficiency and precision in all your preparations. Want to learn more about our products? Get in touch — we study every custom project!
