My name is Enzo, and my passion for pâtisserie began when I was 15. After seven years of training, I had the honor of winning the Championnat de France du Dessert, before continuing my journey in the pastry kitchens of palace hotels such as the Plaza Athénée and the Shangri-La, where I gave my creativity free rein.
In 2017, I discovered 3D printing. This innovation profoundly shaped my approach to pâtisserie: it broadened the creative and technical possibilities of my work, and gave my career fresh momentum through unique, personalized designs.
As for me, I dove into pâtisserie at 24, after a career change that led me to discover every facet of the craft: from boutique pâtisserie to Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels.
Meeting Enzo in my very first year of pastry school marked the beginning of our shared adventure: from Besançon to Paris, then Geneva, where we worked in luxury pâtisserie at The Woodward and the Beau-Rivage.
