3. Data we collect

  • Identification and contact: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order: products ordered, amounts, purchase history.
  • Customer account: login credentials when you create an account.
  • Payment: transactions are handled by our secure payment provider Stripe; we never store your full card details.
  • Browsing: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, through cookies and trackers (see section 8).

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing and delivering your orders and managing your account — performance of the contract.
  • Billing and meeting our accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
  • Sending our newsletter and special offers — consent.
  • Audience measurement and site improvement — consent / legitimate interest.
  • Personalizing and measuring our advertising (Meta, Google Ads) — consent.
  • Responding to your requests through our forms — legitimate interest.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data may be shared with providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payment), Brevo (emails and newsletter), OVH (hosting), carriers (delivery), Google (Analytics, Ads), and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We never sell your personal data.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Google, Meta, Stripe) may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or certification under the Data Privacy Framework).

7. Retention periods

  • Customer account: for as long as the account is active, then deleted after a period of inactivity.
  • Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations).
  • Marketing and newsletter: until you withdraw your consent, and for no more than 3 years after the last contact.
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum.

8. Cookies and trackers

Our site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, as well as audience-measurement and advertising cookies that require your consent. You can adjust your preferences at any time through the cookie management panel on the site.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, and port your data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to set guidelines for what happens to your data after your death.
